Meet Chloe Dadoun
Welcome. I'm Chloe Dadoun, a licensed psychotherapist in New York working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
I believe that every individual has agency in their life. My role is to help you reconnect with that sense of choice, strength, and self-trust. I offer a warm, empathetic space where you can express yourself authentically and feel truly heard.
I am psychodynamically oriented and trained, which means we'll explore how your past experiences shape your present patterns. By looking back with curiosity and compassion, we can better understand your story, unpack difficult experiences, and process what may not have been fully felt or understood at the time. Together, we can work toward re-parenting your inner child: offering yourself the care, validation, and protection you may have needed.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), mindfulness, and body awareness practices. Through an IFS lens, we'll explore the different parts of you and how they've been working to protect or serve you. CBT techniques can help reframe negative thought patterns, while mindfulness and somatic tools support calming the body and increasing emotional awareness. All of this happens at your own pace.
My goal is to empower you to recognize and value your strengths, build confidence, and develop the tools you need to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience.
Finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of the process. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call and invite you to reach out to see if we're a good fit.
